As a registered NDIS provider, HeJ Care prioritizes adherence to the NDIS Code of Conduct to ensure the delivery of high-quality and ethical support services to participants. SAFE AND COMPETENT SERVICE DELIVERY :
Provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner with care and skill. Ensure workers have the necessary training, competence, and qualifications, maintain accurate records, and follow security procedures.
INTEGRITY, HONESTY, AND TRANSPARENCY :
Act with integrity, honesty, and transparency in recommending and providing appropriate supports and services, avoiding conflicts of interest, and refraining from engaging in sharp practices.
REPORTING CONCERNS :
Promptly raise and act on concerns about matters that might impact the quality and safety of supports provided to people with disability. Foster an environment where complaints can be made safely and operate effective complaints processes.
PREVENTION AND RESPONSE TO HARM :
Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse of people with disability. Commit to eliminating such practices, identifying and responding to incidents, and reporting them to the relevant authorities.

Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct by implementing clear staff behavior guidelines and effective processes for dealing with such incidents.
